How can we help?
Guides and answers for the Bayes Platform.
Set up your workspace and take your first steps.
Welcome to the help center A quick overview of what you can do on the platform and where to find help. Sign in and accept your invitations Sign in with your organization's account, accept the terms, accept the invitations waiting for you, and find your workspaces. Apps overview Understand the different apps you open from a workspace — App, Studio, Evaluation, Test and Review — what each is for, and why you may see only some of them. Chat with an agent Use the App to talk to the agents built for your workspace — pick an agent, start a chat, send messages, attach files or dictate, and use each answer's feedback, copy, and sources. Create your first workspace Create a workspace, rename it, and delete it.

Agents
Create and configure the agents that answer your users.
Add a conversation agent Create a conversation agent that chats with users, grounded in your workspace's documents and resource libraries. Add an extraction agent Create an extraction agent that reads an uploaded document and returns structured data matching a JSON schema you define. Add a form agent Create a form agent that guides a user through filling out a form, collecting structured answers that match a schema you define. Run an extraction Run an extraction agent on a document — a single PDF or image, or a CSV batch — and read, download, and manage the extracted results. Orchestration Turn a conversation agent into an orchestrator that delegates parts of a conversation to sub-agents — attach other agents as tools, describe when to use each, and enable or disable them. Embed Make a conversation agent available outside the platform — as a chat widget on your own website or as a standalone public page shared by link or QR code — with your branding and an optional banner. Version history Every time you save an agent, its settings are versioned — browse past versions, compare exactly what changed, and restore any earlier version in one click. MCP Servers Connect external MCP tool servers to your workspace and enable them per agent, so an agent can call outside tools while it answers.
Sources & knowledge
Add documents, web pages and libraries to your agents' knowledge.
Team & access
Add people to your workspace and manage who has access.
Invite a user Invite someone by email so they can use one of your agents, follow pending invitations, and manage that agent's members. Invite an admin Invite people to your workspace by email so they can manage it with you, follow pending invitations, and remove members when needed. Manage your workspace Use the Admin page to rename your workspace, set the conversation retention policy, and manage the conversation categories that classify conversations in analytics.
Evaluation & insights
Test your agents and review conversations and analytics.
Analytics Read your workspace's conversation analytics, daily conversations and average questions per session, then open an agent's analytics to see its conversations ranked by category. Evaluations Create input → expected-output test cases and run them against any agent to check its answers — each run adds a report with the agent's output, a score, and a status. Evaluation dashboard Test an extraction agent against a CSV dataset — upload your records, map the columns, run the agent, and read the match rate and per-record results. Review campaigns Create a campaign so testers and reviewers can evaluate an agent, then read the aggregated results. Participate as a tester You've been invited as a tester in a review campaign. Accept the invitation, open the Test app, chat with the agent, rate each session and answer the questions, then submit the end-of-phase survey. Review as a reviewer You've been invited as a reviewer in a review campaign. Accept the invitation, open the Reviewer app, read a tester's session, give your own independent (blind) rating, and consult the campaign report. Message feedback Read the problems users reported on an agent's messages — each report shows the exact message, its session and message IDs, and the reporter's comment.
