How do I reset my password?
Sign-in is handled by our identity provider. On the login screen, select Forgot password and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Why can’t I see a workspace?
Access is granted per workspace. If a workspace is missing, ask a workspace admin to confirm that you’ve been added as a member.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to the members of your workspace.
Who do I contact for more help?
Reach out to your workspace administrator, or contact support from within the app if the issue persists.
